The Certificate IV in Business is a nationally recognised accredited course designed to help students gain skills and knowledge that will enhance employment prospects in an office support role. The course runs over 24 months although this will depend on the skills and experience of the student. We offer the course On The Job or online. A workplace mentor/supervisor will also be appointed to assist on the job students.
Entry requirements: Satisfactory performance in a skills test, any Certificate III in a business related area, employment in an administrative role, or desire for employment in an administrative role.
You will gain the following skills: organising meetings, coordinating business resources, implementing information and customer service standards, designing, developing and writing complex documents, promoting innovation, promoting products and services, establishing networks and monitoring workplace health and safety and sustainability.
In support of your enrolment, we allocate study days with a trainer/assessor and students also have complimentary access to our computing courses. You will also have access to Career Boss’ training website where all resource, reference and assessment material is provided.
This course meets the national standards as per the NTF National Training Framework, the AQF Australian Qualifications Framework and the Australian Quality Training Framework

- A maximum of 1 unit may be selected from a Certificate II or 2 units from a Certificate IV qualification
