The Certificate II in Business is designed to provide students the skills and knowledge for a variety of career paths in clerical and administrative occupations.

The Certificate II in Business is a nationally recognised accredited course designed to equip people with the skills and knowledge for a variety of career paths in clerical and administrative occupations. The course runs over 12 months although this will depend on the skills and experience of the student. There are no pre-requisites however there is scope for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) from previous study of a business related Certificate course or employment in an administrative role

You will gain skills in: communication, spreadsheets, word processing, emailing, scheduling, teamwork, working with clients, Workplace Health and Safety and customer service.

In support of your enrolment, we allocate study days with a trainer/assessor and students also have complimentary access to our computing courses. You will also have access to Career Boss’ training website where all resource, reference and assessment material is provided.

The following is a list of the course units available through Career Boss. The Certificate II in Business requires you to complete one mandatory core unit and 11 elective units. A maximum of two electives may be selected from a Certificate I or Certificate III qualification.
